JAPAN: The latest round of weekly Japanese security flow data showed a
moderation in Japanese investors' purchases of foreign bonds, although the 4
week rolling sum remains at a healthy Y2.67tn. Elsewhere, foreign investor's
purchases of Japanese bonds hit the highest levels seen since December, perhaps
pointing to a repatriation play ahead of FY end.
- There was nothing out of the ordinary in the measures covering equities.
