JAPAN: The main takeaway from the latest round of weekly Japanese international
security flow data is that foreigners flipped back to net buyers of Japanese
bonds, purchasing a net Y453.5bn worth of Japanese paper after dumping a net
Y2.0124tn worth of Japanese debt securities in the previous week. The 4-week
rolling sum of the measure remains in negative territory owing to last week's
huge net selling, although that now represents the only week of net selling in a
6 week period.
