STOCKS: The majority of the major Asia-Pacific indices moved higher, following
the positive lead from Wall St. - The Nikkei 225 added 0.2%, with the telecoms
sector the clear outperformer.
- The mainland Chinese & HK stocks rebounded today, with the CSI 300 up ~1.5%
and the Hang Seng adding a healthy 0.8% as the Yuan operated on a more stable
footing after Monday's decline.
- The ASX 200 was the regional underperformer, losing 0.4%, as telecoms and
materials underperformed.
- U.S. index futures managed marginal gains.
