STOCKS: The Nikkei 225 has extended gains into its 15th day coming into the
lunch break and again reaching levels last seen in 1996 up 36.45pts at 21733.10,
other Asian Indices are up too ahead of Australia's Q3 inflation, South Korean
GDP and HK Imports and Exports out Wednesday.
- U.S. Stocks ended the overnight session lower as the highly anticipated Fed
Chair decision looms from Pres. Trump and earnings reports came in.
- European stocks ended mostly up except for the IBEX 35 which ended lower as
the Catalonian Crisis continues.
- China stocks are up too as President Xi Jinping wraps up the Party Congress.
