security flow data saw Japanese investors purchase a net Y2.3224tn worth of
foreign bonds, as global supply picked up in the first full business week of the
year. The figure represented the first round of net buying in 4 weeks, and the
largest round of weekly net buying in that particular asset class since
September 2018.
