AUSSIE-KIWI: The pair has consolidated below NZ$1.0900, last trading virtually
unchanged at ~NZ$1.0875.
- Failure to trouble the key NZ$1.1006 resistance continues to result in dips
back to NZ$1.0851-59 where 55 & 200-DMAs are situated, with the pair printing a
low of NZ$1.0862 thus far. Bears still need a close below the 55-DMA to end
bullish hopes and shift initial focus back to the June 27 low (NZ$1.0775).
Initial resistance remains at the July 19 high (NZ$1.0945) with bulls needing a
close above to gain breathing room.
- Tomorrow's AU CPI release will be key for the pair.
