BOND SUMMARY: The positive start for regional equities has pressured core FI in
early Asia trade, although technical issues have delayed the open of cash Tsys,
which may be limiting follow through. Headline flow has been light.
- T-Notes last -0-04+ at 132-04+, with Eurodollar futures trading 0.5-1.5 ticks
lower through the reds.
- In Australia, YM -1.5 with XM -0.5, with the contracts in a tight range. YM/XM
at 20.5. Bills trade 1-3 ticks lower.
- JGB futures sit 11 ticks lower, with the curve a touch steeper ahead of
30-Year supply.
