EU: "The RRF commitment allocation key for the years 2021-2022 shall be
established according to the Commission proposal. In the allocation key for the
year 2023 the 2015-2019 unemployment criterion is replaced, in equal proportion,
by the loss in real GDP observed over 2020 and by the cumulative loss in real
GDP observed over the period 2020-2021 and will be calculated by 30 June 2022."
- There are rebates for Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark and Sweden in
the 2021-2027 period.
- In terms of own resources the EU will raise funds through a levy on
non-recyclable packaging and will continue work on a carbon tax and a
