UK: The Scottish gov't has released a paper outlining its potential plans for a

route out of COVID-19 lockdown. 

- It is the first official paper discussing potential routes out of lockdown,

coming ahead of any UK gov't document. 

- The paper states that there could be the "easing of restrictions in a phased

manner, opening up different parts of the economy sector by sector, considering

different restrictions in different areas" and that "It may be restrictions on

some outdoor activity are eased before those on indoor activities".

- The paper highlights the confused gov't reaction to unwinding lockdown

restrictions in the UK, with little clarity as to whether it is down to the

Scottish gov't or the UK gov't to begin the process of unwinding restrictions.
