FINLAND: The State Treasury has announced it is planning to issue a new 10-year
euro benchmark bond in H2.
- It will also conduct one bond auction tap in Q3 (it does not expect further
taps in Q3 unless the funding requirement changes).
- The next T-bill auction will take place on 18 August.
- It also states that "the government's latest supplementary budget for 2020,
dated 26 June, indicates a net borrowing requirement of EUR 18.9 billion which
implies gross borrowing of EUR 39.9 billion. At the end of the second quarter,
approximately 75% of foreseen long-term funding has been completed"
