BOND SUMMARY: - The US TSY curve has flattened on the back of the long-end
rallying. The 10-year yield has pushed down to 2.779% from a high of 3.806% with
the 2s10s spread narrowing 2bps.
- In Europe, Eurex markets are closed.
- Gilts have rallied since the open with yields broadly 5-6bps lower. There is
little overall movement in the curve with 2s10s and 2s30s trading flat.
- Euro$ futures are 1.5-4.0 ticks higher, Euribor futures are broadly 0.5-2.5
ticks higher and short sterling futures are 0.5-4.5 ticks higher.
- The data calendar is light today with just the Chicago Fed National Activity
Index for November up later.
