US: The WSJ said that the Senate "heads toward initial vote on tax overhaul,"
and said full Senate "prepared for an initial vote" on GOP tax plan later Wed
after "more GOP lawmakers said they would be able to support the measure because
of late changes on the bill." It said the Wed "procedural vote, a precursor to a
vote likely starting Thursday on pasing the bill, was made possible by growing
support among Senate Republicans;" bill needs 50 votes to pass with VP Mike
Pence "breaking a potential tie;" GOP has 52 seats in the Chamber and "no
Democrats are expected to support it," WSJ said.
