CHINA YUAN: - The Yuan rose slightly from Friday's close of 6.4040, closing at
6.4036 against the U.S. dollar. On Friday, the yuan saw its strongest close
since December, 2015.
- USD-CNY weakened as low as 6.3990 for the day, the lowest in over two years. 
- PBOC set the yuan central parity rate vs the U.S. dollar at 6.4112 on Monday,
stronger than last Friday's 6.4169. Today's fixing marks the highest since Dec
8, 2015.
***The Yuan did not see big fluctuations on Monday. MNI expects USD-CNY is
likely to continue weaker if the dollar index maintains its downward trend.
