GLOBAL MARKET/OPINION
GLOBAL MARKET/OPINION: There have been plenty of 'fewest since' headlines
crossing RE COVID-19 over past couple of sessions - possibly helping underlying
risk-on bid we've seen emerge:
Summary of headlines since Friday:
- Netherlands fewest new cases since March 14th, fewest fatalities since March
23rd
- France fewest fatalities since March 25th
- Italy fewest fatalities since March 14th, fewest new cases since April 20th
(which was fewest in six weeks)
- Spain fewest fatalities in over a month, fewest new cases since April 20th
- New York fewest fatalities since March
- UK fewest new cases since April 21st, fewest fatalities since March 30th
Markets certainly looking for these trends to extend here.
