Three Of Total’s Refineries In France Remain Blocked On Strike

Three oil refineries of TotalEnergies remain blocked since Tuesday because of ongoing strike action against the government’s new pension reform, the company said.

  • Striking workers have been blocking shipments at Total’s refineries in France.
  • On Wednesday workers at the Feyzin refinery voted to halt production and the union was now negotiating on how to organise the shutdown with management.
  • There has not been an update yet on whether strikes at refineries from Exxon Mobil are also continuing on Thursday.
