Tight Ranges Prevail

US TSYS

T-Notes have ticked a touch higher since the cash re-open, last +0-02 at 134-06+, although the contract continues to operate within the confines of a 0-02+ range, with the major cash Tsy benchmarks little changed early on. E-minis have ticked lower, perhaps on the risk negative matters that we flagged around the re-open.
