Total’s Donges Refinery Remains Shut

TotalEnergies’ 219kbpd Donges refinery has been shut since 20 February due to technical problems, the CGT union said, cited by Bloomberg.

  • The refinery has suffered leaks and corrosion according to Ouest-France.
  • WoodMac reported that the 220k b/d CDU and associated 97k b/d VDU were shut on 19 Feb, the 39k b/d visbreaker and the 55k b/d FCC remained offline since 18 Dec and 13 Dec, respectively.
