EURO-DOLLAR: Touched a low of $1.1206 as react move to the ECB announcement of
TLTRO, pushing out rate hike to 2020, extended following the earlier break below
$1.1250. Move met support placed into $1.1200 before performing a partial
recovery to $1.1229. Rate looks to be settling around $1.1220 as we head toward
the close. Attention now turns to Friday's US Employment Report, NPF median at
180k, AHE 0.3% mm, with potential to be another market moving event. Some focus
on revisions to the January data. On the domestic side, Germany Factory Orders
0700GMT, France IP/Mfg and Trade 0745GMT. ECB Nowotny is due to speak Friday
morning 0800GMT.
- Support remains into $1.1200, $1.1187 (61.8% $1.0341-1.2555). Resistance
$1.1229, $1.1250/60. 
- Stand out option expiries for Friday at $1.1250 for E2.23bn, $1.1270-80 for
E1.23bn.
