improved ANZ Business Confidence release, before immediately paring losses to
trade a few pips either side of NZ$1.0900. A close below the 100-dma at
NZ$1.0900 resumes the recent downtrend with bears focusing on a break of the
Sep3 low & NZ$1.0851, below here opens NZ$1.0837/32 which represents the 200-dma
at 50% retracement of the 2018 range NZ$1.0488-1.1176. Bulls initially need to
clear support turned resistance at NZ$1.0932, before challenging a break of the
NZ$1.10 level to change the short-term outlook. AUDNZD last NZ$1.0900.
