US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are flat on the session - little going on overnight
with cash markets closed until London hours owing to Japanese holidays, and few
drivers in the European morning.
- Sep 10-Yr futures (TY) up 0.5/32 at 139-18.5 (L: 139-16.5 / H: 139-19) - the
tight range corresponding to very low volumes (~84k TYU0 traded by 0630ET).
- The 2-Yr yield is down 0.4bps at 0.1452%, 5-Yr is down 0.6bps at 0.2675%,
10-Yr is down 0.7bps at 0.5905%, and 30-Yr is down 1bps at 1.2835%.
- More Sino-US bluster overnight, largely ignored by markets. SCMP reporting
China could move to close the U.S. consulate in Chengdu.
- Most attention today on political leaders: Senate's McConnell may introduce
the Republican counter-proposal to House Democrats' $3.5trn plan. 
- And Sec State Pompeo to deliver a speech on China at 1640ET. 
- Jobless claims at 0830ET; Kansas City Fed manufacturing index at 1100ET.
- In supply, 1130ET sees $30B 4W Bill and $35B 8W Bill sales. At 1300ET, $14B
10Y TIPS auction. And NY Fed buys ~$1.750Bin 20Y-30Y Tsys.
