US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are treading water, off session lows in choppy trade
with little directional impetus. Most attention is on data releases at 0830ET:
jobless claims (5.5mln median; 2.0-8.0mln range), alongside March housing
starts/building permits and April Philly Fed.
- 10-Yr futures (TY) down 1/32 at 139-4 (L: 138-30.5 / H: 139-07.5), light
volumes. 2-Yr yield is up 0.6bps at 0.2026%, 5-Yr is up 1.1bps at 0.3487%, 10-Yr
is up 0.3bps at 0.6345%, and 30-Yr is down 0.6bps at 1.2597%. 
- VERY busy Fed speakers schedule: At 1300ET, Atlanta's Bostic. 1400ET sees the
highlight of the schedule with NY's Williams; also, Richmond's Barkin at same
time. At 1500ET: SF's Daly, St Louis' Bullard and Bostic (again).
- Minn's Kashkari published an FT op-ed earlier Thursday in which he says banks
should raise $200bln in capital and stop paying dividends.
- Pres Trump also busy: speaks w G7 leaders in a teleconference at 0830ET, then
speaks w members of the House & Senate starting at 1000ET; at 1500ET w Governors
on COVID response, then 1700ET press briefing w Coronavirus task force.
- NYFed to buy $27.5bln total in Tsys today.
