US TSYS: Treasuries finally stabilize at the morning selloff lows and draw dip
buying, 10Y yield is at 2.423% after hitting 2.428% session high yield at 8:56am
ET. Now all await 1:30pm ET-2pm ET House tax bill vote, with Senate vote on same
to follow soon after. 
- Tsys began session mixed/flatter, and then saw a selloff amid firmer US$/yen
so FX-tied sales, and also German Bunds sliding (due to 2018 long-end dominated
supply news), then date-tied sales kicked in too amid higher-than-expected 3.3%
Nov. housing starts. 
- Tsys saw an 8:14am ET large steepener block trade (separate prints): of 11,950
in FVH 5Y Futures apparent sale/vs. 2,000 contract buy of WNH Ultra bond
futures, buy through. Tsy futures then had a 9:08am ET block sale of 7,200 TYH
10Y futures, sell thru. 
- So now cash Tsy curve has flipped to steeper, 2/10Y steeper by 1 bps on day at
+56.90 bps, while 5/30Y only steeper by 0.30 bps on day at 57.90 bps.
