US EURODLR FUTURES: Treasuries have edged a little lower early Friday, with the
March employment report up later.
- The Jun T-Note future is down 6/32 at 123-115, having traded in a range of
123-100 to 123-175. Our technical analysts note the March 21 low at 123-09
acting as near term support - a break sets up a move to 122-23/20, ahead of the
March 12 low at 122-12.
- Curves trading a little steeper. 3M10Y +1.395 at 10.14, 2Y10Y +0.148 at
17.762, 5Y30Y +0.243 at 60.016.
-  The 2-Yr yield is up 1.5bps at 2.3515%, 5-Yr is up 1.7bps at 2.3372%, 10-Yr
is up 1.6bps at 2.5311%, and 30-Yr is up 2bps at 2.9391%.
- The overnight Asian trading session saw Tsys pressured by positive comments on
U.S.-China trade, Pres. Xi noted "substantial progress" in the talks.
- March payrolls at 0830ET the main highlight, with +170k expected / 3.8%
unemployment rate / +0.3% hourly earnings (all MNI Medians).
- Fedspeak today is limited to Atlanta Fed's Bostic in the afternoon (1530ET).
