bill. US House vote looks like Tue; Sen vote less certain, could be Tues-Wed. 
- US banks shares rose amid tax bill hopes that it would aid US banks. Quiet
resumption of risk-on theme w/equities surging early, holding gain into midday
(large 1,250+-stock name buy program after Mon open). 
- Tsys lower, curves unwinding portion of last week's flattening to new 10+-year
tights. Tsy futures saw block buys TYH +5k 124-12. +5k 124-13.5) pushed 10Y
futures to session highs. Decent Eurodollar 1Y midcurve put buying targeting
1Q18 rate-hike insurance. Large buyer +40k EDM8/EDU8 spds, 0.100. 
- Mild dip buys in 2Y,3Y,5Y Tsys; 10Y, 30Y saw intermittent mild sales. MBS
earlier mildly tight then mixed later on. Ultra Bond future trades near day's
price low, off 1-01/32 on day; Classic Long Bond future is off 22/32. 
- FT said Pres. Trump to give national security speech Mon, may cite China as
engaging in "economic aggression." Some eyed a change for real estate investors
in tax bills.
