Senate will pass GOP tax bill today/early Friday; Gold also pressured. But Sen
has potentially hours of debate on bill which could last until roughly 3am ET. 
- Meanwhile Tsys slid early afternoon too as US House moves frwrd on
temp.funding bill to keep US govt open, said traders (debt ceiling temporary
life expires Dec8.) Tsys technical selling as cash 10Y broke above 2.40% and
2.42% yield; close key. 
- Traders expected Tsys month-end buying -- pushed aside temporarily amid tax
bill news -- will resume later; BBG/Barclays bond index +0.11 yrs, today,
month-end, large amount. FX-tied selling too as US$ rose vs. Japanese yen. 
- Tsy futures had heavy volume, roughly 100K TYH 10Ys sold from 11:09-11:24am ET
from 124-09 to -06. And at 9:33am ET, was 5,000 TYH at 124-10, buy through. And
TYH 10Y saw 7:55am ET 2,500 block buy, cross on offer. 
- Tsys did not react much to weaker 63.9 Nov MNI Chicago Biz Barometer. Oct PCE
Core Chain Wt Px Index 0.2%, 0.4% Oct personal inc. Light high-grade corporate
bond issuance. US SWAPS: Wider.
