US DATA REACT: Tsy 10Y yld avoiding breach of 2.62% so far -- but a "test is
imminent" BMO's Aaron Kohli says following the decent housing and Philly Fed
data. "Housing Starts and Building Permits for December were mixed with starts
lower than consensus at 1192k versus 1275k seen and building permits (a better
forward indicator) higher than expected at 1302k versus 1295k seen. Permits and
starts were both revised up slightly for November," Kohli said. On technicals,
Kohli is looking "for a test of 2.62% to 2.64% in the coming sessions to setup
long positions" though he notes "momentum looks stretched in 10s but hasn't
