US TSYS: Tsy futures started the session on a slightly softer footing, as risk
assets edged higher.
- However, Chinese stocks are trading heavy at the start of the week, with the
CSI 300 last dealing >2.0% lower on the day. This has limited risk appetite
elsewhere, which resulted in a reversal of the early, modest, risk on flows.
- T-Notes last deal 1+ tick lower, with cash yields 0.4-0.7bp higher.
- Eurodollar futures trade unchanged to 1.5 ticks lower.
- The U.S. labour market report headlines the local docket this week, when it
hits Friday, with PCE due Monday, ADP Wednesday, as well as PMI/ISM M'fing
surveys Thursday. Fed's Evans will also speak later today.
- T-Notes last 118.31+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy last at 3.079%.
