US TSY FLOWS: Tsy futures trading steady to marginally weaker after narrow range
on very light volume overnight (TYZ<180k), quiet ahead of October NFP data
(+315k est vs. +280k whisper on Bbg). Equities firmer (emini +2.0, 2578.75),
gold little weaker (XAU -145, 1274.63), oil firmer (WTI +0.17, 54.71).
- Asia, quiet start/low volume with Japan markets closed for Culture Day
holiday. Quiet sideways trade with mild bid for 30Y bond and Ultras into the
London open.
- London, continued to trade in narrow band w/mild bid behind Bunds followed by
some chop around midmorning. EGBs drift, Spain UK Services PMI proved soft at
53.3. Light selling in front end to intermediates.
- Swaps, spds running steady to narrowly mixed, quiet ahead weekend/next week's
Tsy supply
- Overnight repo, 3- and 10Y notes both tight into next week's 3/10/30-year Tsy
auctions
- Eurodollar futures, trading mildly weaker, low end of narrow range on light
volume.
