US TSYS
US TSYS: Tsy trade has been fairly limited in the early part of the Asia-Pacific
session, unwinding a modest chunk of Wednesday's sell off with 10-Year Tsy
yields back below 3.00% and JGBs off the lows ahead of 10-Year JGB supply in the
afternoon session.
- The curve is a touch flatter following the steepening that was observed on
Wednesday.
- As a reminder the FOMC held the fed funds rate target steady, in a unanimous
decision, with very few notable changes to the overall statement, outside of the
upgrade in language re: economic activity, to strong from solid.
- Eurodollars are unchanged on low volume. - Focus now falls on Thursday BOE
MonPol decision, followed by Friday's NFP release.
- T-Notes last at 119.07+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields last at 2.995%.
