US TSY FUTURES: Tsys extend session highs last couple minutes, getting boost as
equities sell off (SPX 2926.0L) on back of decent sell-program of just over
1,000. Risk-off timing around latest Mulvaney headlines re: China trade (nothing
really new, just the old refrain of no deal if not GREAT!). Curves still mostly
steepe, 3M10Y extends flatter:
* 3M10Y  -3.002, 8.114 (L: 6.625 / H: 11.567)
* 2Y10Y  +0.788, 23.886 (L: 22.658 / H: 24.257)
* 2Y30Y  +1.153, 67.202 (L: 65.906 / H: 67.629)
* 5Y30Y  +1.238, 65.387 (L: 63.573 / H: 65.928)
