US TSY/RECAP
US TSY/RECAP: Tsys finished lower, but well off of worst levels on Monday, with
some modest curve steepening apparent, although volume was light ahead of Fed
Chair Powell's semi-annual MonPol testimony which gets underway tomorrow.
- Tsys moved to session lows into late U.S. morning, light deal tied flow was
observed and a large FVU/WNU steepener block was seen.
- Fed's Kashkari stuck to his dovish playbook.
- The Eurodollar strip traded mildly lower.
- T-Notes last at 120.05, U.S. 10-Year Tsy yield closed at 2.858%.
