US TSYS SUMMARY: Tsys have edged lower following dramatic risk-off and reversal
in the Asia-Pac session on high volumes (on White House Navarro comment on
US-China trade deal "over", subsequently refuted). Now futures a few ticks lower
on the session, in sympathy with strengthening equities (Eminis +0.8%).
- The 2-Yr yield is unch at 0.1918%, 5-Yr is also unch at 0.3395%, 10-Yr is up
1.2bps at 0.7201%, and 30-Yr is up 2.8bps at 1.4917%.
- Sep 10-Yr futures (TY) down 3/32 at 138-19.5 (L: 138-18 / H: 138-29)
- Main focus today is Jun flash PMIs (0945ET) - following beats vs expectations
in Europe this morning, the BBG Mfg survey median of 50.0 may understate actual
expectations for the U.S. Also May new home sales at 1000ET.
- Tsy sells $46bln in 2-Yr Tsys (1300ET). And NYFed buys ~$6bln in Tsys.
- StL Fed's Bullard speaks at 1300ET.
