US TSYS: Tsys have turned bid over the last hour or so, with Chinese equity
markets coming under additional pressure as we move towards the cash close in
that space, although T-Note volumes were sub-par during the Asia-Pacific
session.
- The curve sits a few tenths of a bp flatter last.
- The Eurodollar strip has followed Bonds higher, unwinding the early losses,
trading unchanged to a tick higher last.
- The U.S. labour market report headlines the local docket this week, when it
hits Friday, with PCE due Monday, ADP Wednesday, as well as PMI/ISM M'fing
surveys Thursday. Fed's Evans will also speak later today.
- T-Notes last 119.01+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy last at 3.070%.
