US TSY FLOWS: Tsys kicking week off weaker across the board, relative narrow
ranges, moderate volume (TYZ appr 320k), yld curves narrowly mixed; US$ weaker
as are equities.
- If past years any indicator, Tsy dept likely to release "Macroeconomic and
Foreign Exchange Policies of Major Trading Partners of the United States" report
on "developments in international economic and exchange rate policies across the
United States' major trading partners." Markets keen on release after Mnuchin's
comments from Bali last wk that China was likely currency manipulator -- staff
advised soon after they did NOT find China to be manipulating.
- Data on tap: Retail sales (0.6%); Empire Manufacturing Index (20.0) and
business inventories (0.6%). 
- Overnight flow includes two-way from fast$ in shorts to intermediates, macro
fund buying 10s, real$ selling cash across the curve, modest two-way curve flow.
- Tsy cash/ylds: 2Y 99-25.75 (2.849%), 5Y 99-12.75 (3.005%), 10Y 97-21 (3.152%),
30Y 93-24 (3.330%).
