US TSY FLOWS: Tsys trade weaker, at/near bottom late overnight range amid rather
muted futures volume (TYM<220k), Tsy yld curves recovering from Tue's
flattening. Not a lot of conviction in FI while equities inch higher (SPX +5.5,
2802.5), US$ index little softer (DXY -0.065, 96.87), Tsys giving nod to softer
EGBs after better than expected Eurozone IP, mildly tighter peripherals to
Bunds.
- Then there's Brexit..no-deal Brexit vote appr 1900GMT after PM May's Brexit
deal voted down Tuesday.
- Overnight flow includes fast$ and leveraged acct selling in 2s and 10s, buying
in 5s, 30s, pre-auction selling long end, CB selling OTR 6s, light swap-tied
buying 2s, selling 5s.
- On tap for Wednesday: February Final Demand PPI; January durable goods new
orders; January construction spending; TSY $16B 30Y bond auction (912810SF6).
- Tsy cash/ylds: 2Y 100-02 (2.463%), 5Y 99-23.75 (2.429%), 10Y 100-00 (2.623%),
30Y 99-24 (3.012%).
