Tsys traded steady to mixed on.........>

US TSY/RECAP: Tsys traded steady to mixed on Monday, with the curve flattening.
The space followed Gilts lower after the open as EU's Barnier stated that it is
"realistic" that a Brexit deal is possible in 6-8 weeks, although the weakness
was short-lived with the long-end bouncing & extending to session highs as the
US$ pared gains vs. JPY.
- It was a generally quiet start to the week with mixed direction from EGBs
coming into the session.
- Headline watching/trade focus on limited data day.
- Fed voter Bostic touched upon trade uncertainty and the knock on impact on
investment & inflation, while he stated that the Fed should get to neutral and
then wait and see.
- Prop and real-money a/c's bought 7s-10s mid-morning, there was mixed swap
flow, as well as deal- and pre-auction hedging.
- 3-Year supply headlines on Tuesday.
- T-Notes last 119.20+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields closed at 2.931%.
