pressure from props, regional banks in lead-up to London cross-over.
- London, continued two-way trade from various accts w/slightly better selling,
otherwise accts accts plying sidelines in lead-up to rate annc's. 
- Eurodollar futures, mostly weaker across the strip, short end outpacing ahead
