Kashkari, Q&A at 0930ET, Fed gov Brainard on fncl stability at 1630ET. 
- US$ index little firmer (DXY +.047, 90.099); equities firmer after Mon's rout
(emini +11.5, 2586.5); gold weaker (XAU -3.70, 1337.54); West Texas crude little
firmer after Mon's sell-off (WTI +.16, 63.17).
- Asia/London, Tsys opened steady/mixed, traded softer into London cross,
extended lows by late morning London time. Flow included atwo-ay earlier,
flattener interest from bank portfolios. London saw two-way from real$ in 2s,
central bank selling short end, recent UXM Block sale -4.4k, 129-25.
- Swaps, spds running mostly wider, spd curve adding to Mon's flattening, carry
over paying in 2s after >1$1.5b Mon, 3s6s steepener; earlier flatteners in 2s5s,
5s6s and 7s10s, two-way in 5s.
- Eurodollar futures, Fresh round of selling EDM8 down to 97.68 (-0.025) post
set (0.0090 to 2.3208%).
