US TSY/RECAP
US TSY/RECAP: Tsys were higher on Tuesday but finished back from the trade war
inspired highs that were printed in early European hours.
- The pullback came as US stock markets moved away from lows, although the 3
major equity benchmarks all finished lower.
- It was a relatively news light session outside of the overnight trade war
headlines.
- Options trades pointed to the rolling of upside exposures to longer dated,
higher strikes.
- The Eurodollar strip was steady to higher finishing near the middle of the
range, with a parallel shift in the Reds through Golds.
- T-Notes last at 119.26, US 10-Year Tsy yields closed at 2.897%.
