TTF Surges Higher on Nord Stream Reduction

TTF surges higher as Nord Stream flow nominations fall to just 31.8mcm/d and just 20% of normal capacity.

  • TTF AUG 22 up 10.5% at 221€/MWh
  • TTF WIN 22 up 10.3% at 219€/MWh
  • Flows through Ukraine are steady at 42.2mcm/d while Norwegian output is today nominated at 333.3mcm/d.
  • Up until now injections have been maintained into storage due to high LNG imports but the lower pipeline flows may start to impact EU members ability to inject and reach storage target levels.
  • European storage is up to 67.1% as of 25th July with Germany is at 66.75%, Italy at 70.71%, France at 76.11% and Netherlands at 62.23%.
