TTF Surges To Highest Since 9 May on Extended Norway Outages

NATURAL GAS

TTF surges to the highest since 9 May on tight supply concerns as Norway extends the outages at gas plants and fields. Nyhamna gas plant, Ormen Lange and Aasta Hansteen field works were extended until 15 July.

  • Warm weather in Europe and Asia could increase demand and competition for LNG supplies is adding to the upside pressure despite the high storage levels.
    • TTF JUL 23 up 14.1% at 35.4€/MWh
    • TTF WIN 23 up 6% at 49.17€/MWh
    • TTF SUM 24 up 4.5% at 47.89€/MWh
