US: U.S. Congressional negotiators have reached an agreement for a USD8.3
billion emergency coronavirus package. The House of Representatives is expected
to vote on the bill as soon as this afternoon. The Senate is expected to vote as
soon as Thursday and it could be on President Trump's desk by the end of the
week.
