US: U.S. set to give Huawei another 90 days to buy from American suppliers (RTRS
sources) - From Saturday
- The U.S. Commerce Dep't is expected to extend a reprieve given to Huawei that
permits the Chinese co. to buy supplies from U.S. cos so that it can service
existing customers, two sources familiar with the situation said. The "temporary
general license" will be extended for Huawei for 90 days, the sources said.

- A Washington Post reporter tweeted "Trump says he's going to make a decision
tomorrow on Huawei. He pushes back against reports that his administration is
expected to give the Chinese company another temporary reprieve. "At this
moment, it looks much more like we're not going to do business."
- In the past there has been a distinction in the administration (government)
dealing with Huawei & corporates dealing with the Chinese firm.
