Gilts futures maintain a positive tone. Price last week traded to a high just

short of resistance at 138.02, May 22 high and the key bull trigger. A break

would confirm a resumption of the underlying broader uptrend and also pave the

way for gains towards 139.05, High Mar 12 (cont). On the downside, sub 136.48

levels, Jun 19 low is required to dent the bullish outlook and also signal a

short-term reversal.
