Gilts rebounded sharply off yesterday's low of 136.69. The near-term outlook
remains bullish with scope for an extension of gains near-term. The focus is on
137.54, May 29 high and Monday's intraday high. If breached, this would open the
key resistance and bull trigger at 138.02, May 22 high. On the downside, initial
support lies at yesterday's 136.68 low ahead of 136.54, Jun 10 high and a gap
low on the daily chart.
