Treasuries are likely to remain vulnerable near-term following this week's sharp sell-off and despite today's strong bounce. A bearish theme has been reinforced following today's earlier breach of 138-28+, Aug 13 and 27 lows. The break confirms a resumption of the downtrend that has been in place since early August. A return lower would open 138-17+, a Fibonacci retracement. On the upside, firm resistance is seen at 139-20, Aug 27 high.
