Gilt futures have traded higher this morning. This has resulted in a test of key short-term resistance at 128.39, Jun 11 high. A break would represent a key short-term bullish development and signal a resumption of the uptrend that started May 13. Furthermore, a move higher would maintain a bullish price sequence of higher highs and higher lows. This would open 128.50 and 128.92, Fibonacci projections. Initial support is at 127.67, the 20-day EMA.
