Treasury futures continue to trade above support at 112-29+, the May 26 / 30 low. The outlook remains bearish for now, following the reversal engulfing candle pattern on June 2 that continues to highlight bearish sentiment. 112-29+ is the bear trigger and clearance of this level would resume the downtrend that started May 4. This would open 112-16+, a Fibonacci retracement. Initial firm resistance is at 114-06+, the Jun 6 high.
