3-year futures hit fresh all time highs Thursday, with Friday's price action

holding well toward the upper end of the recent range. This keeps upside targets

high, with little resistance seen until 99.393. This further puts paid to the

sell-rallies theme that had been prevalent over the past fortnight, returning

focus to the upside. For the outlook to weaken, markets need to take out the

50-dma at 99.033 after key Fib support at 99.125.
