rather than rising to 2.5%. This is in line with our data team's expectation
that analysts overestimate the October print. GBPUSD briefly spiked lower,
hitting the lows of the day at 1.2950, but has quickly retraced its losses.
There is unlikely to be any sustained market impact from this release.
